Fish, Papaya & Tofu Soup

Ingredients:
Papaya (half-ripe)
Tofu
Tilapia
Ginger
Water
Salt
Steps:
1.
Gut and clean the fish. Pat-dry. Remove papaya seeds with spoon. Cut papaya into small pieces.
2.
Set IH Pressure Cooker to “Meats” function. Open the lid. Turn the Opening Switch to “closed” position.
3.
Heat oil in the cooker. Add ginger and then pan-fry fish for 2 minutes on each side.
4.
Add remaining ingredients and water. Close lid. Select “Soup" function.
5.
Season with salt to taste and serve.
