Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients:
Shrimp (Medium)
Sea Salt
Corn Starch
Vegetable Oil
Cooking Wine
Pepper
Steps:
1.
Devein shrimps, then wash and pat-dry. Mix shrimps with seasonings and marinate for about 10 min.
2.
Pre-heat Halogen Pot at 200°C. Using bamboo skewer sticks to secure shrimps and place on Low Rack. Set cook time at 8 min.
3.
Flip over and grill for 3 min.
