Thai style mullet

Ingredients:
Mullet
Kaffir Lime Leaves
Lemongrass
Galanga
Green Lemon
Fish Sauce
Chilli
basil
Steps:
1.
Steam mullet in a steam and grill oven for about 25 minutes.
2.
Peel out the green rind of the lime, squeeze out the lemon juice, and cut lemongrass, and chili peppers into cubes. Set aside.
3.
Add fish sauce and basil to the ingredients in step 2 to to make a sauce.
4.
After the mullet is cooked, it can be cut in half and served with sauce.
