Mature Vinegar
Ginger Garlic
Shallot
Shaoxing Wine
Soy Sauce
Pork Shoulder
Chicken Stock
Steps:
1.
Stir fry ginger, garlic and shallot, add shaoxing wine. Pour all in Stainless Steel Pot.
2.
Add chicken stock, mature vinegar, soy sauce, pork shoulder and cook for 20-30 minutes.
