Parmesan Mochi Balls

Ingredients:
Mochi Ball Flour Mix
Butter
Vegetable Oil
Eggs
Parmesan
Water
Steps:
1.
Pre-heat Halogen Cooking Pot at 190°C.
2.
At low speed, beat butter and vegetable oil with flour mix for about 1 min.
3.
Add eggs and water into the mixture. Beat at medium speed for approx. 8-15 min. Then mix in grated parmesan cheese.
4.
Divide dough into 2 cm-wide round balls (approx. 20-30 g each) and place them on greased Baking Pan.
5.
Using High Rack, bake dough in Halogen Cooking Pot for about 18-20 min. until they turn golden brown in colour.
