Ingredients:
Cabbage 1 pc
Mozzarella Cheese
Korean Rice Cake
Korean Chili Pepper Paste
Dried Katsuo
Fish Ball
Onion
Paprika
Kombu
Steps:
1.
Soak kombu and water in Water Kettle for 1 hour.
2.
Press “90°C”, add katsuo after warm light is on. Then press “70°C”.Serve after katsuo sink to the bottom.
3.
Stir-fry cabbage, korean chilli pepper paste, onion and paprika in a pot. Pour in Kombu Dashi.
4.
Add Korean rice cake, fish ball and mozzarella cheese in Health Cooker. Cook until done.
