Bibimbap

Ingredients:
Korean Rice
Water
Soybean Sprouts
Spinach
Red Carrot
Sliced Beef
Kimchi
Egg
Korean red chili paste
Steps:
1.
Scald soybean sprouts, spinach and red carrot in hot water and then crop into small piece. Mix with sesame oil, salt and white sesame.
2.
Wash and put rice in Rice Cooker. Close lid and press “Japanese Rice – Med”. Press “Start”
3.
Marinade sliced pork with soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil for 10 minutes. Stir fried beef. Fried egg on one side.
4.
Place soybean sprouts, spinach, kimchi, pork, red carrot and egg on the top of rice.
5.
Mix with korean red chili paste before serve.
