Water Chestnut Pudding

Ingredients:
Water Chestnut Flour
Brown Sugar Stick
Water Chestnut
Olive Oil
Steps:
1.
Open Ultimate Rice Cooker, press any function key to heat up Cooker (keep lid open).
2.
Pour in 250 ml water. Add sugar stick and chopped water chestnuts. Boil until sugar completely melts down.
3.
Mix water chestnut flour with olive oil in a bowl until it forms a paste. Add mixture into cooked syrup insideCooker. Fold carefully and quickly.
4.
Set Ultimate Rice Cooker at 10 min. Close and lock Cooker lid. Remove inner pot from Cooker. Turn it upside down and slide out pudding.
