Mini Chicken Burger

Ingredients:
Boneless chicken thigh
Mini burger breads
Tomato
Mustard mizuna
Alfalfa
Butter
Emmental cheese
Bamboo sticks
Chicken powder
Salt
Chopped garlic
Chopped rosemary
Black pepper
Steps:

Cut off skins from chicken thighs and dice. Mince in Professional High-speed Food Processor with "PULSE" function.
2.
Marinade minced chicken for 30 minutes. Toss with hand until sticky (for about 5 minutes.) Rub into 6 3-inch chicken burger steaks.

Put chicken steak on the low rack in Multi-purpose Halogen Cooking Pot. Bake at 200˚C-205˚C for 12 minutes.

Cut the bread in half and spread with butter. When the chicken is ready in 2 minutes, put in the breads and bake for 2 minutes.
5.
Make the burger by stacking, in order, bread, mustard mizuna, tomato, chicken steak, cheese, alfalfa and bread. Insert the bamboo stick. Serve.
