Mango Sorbet

Ingredients:
Mango
Lemon Juice
Sugar
Water
Gelatin Powder/Sheet
Steps:
1.
Melt gelatin powder with 3 tbsp water. Put into microwave oven and heat up for 30 seconds, let cool.
2.
Blend all ingredients in High-Speed Food Processor.
3.
Pour mixture into the bucket of Homemade Ice Cream Maker. Set timer to 20 minutes.
4.
Scoop up sorbet and serve, or pour into ice lolly mold, place sticks and put in the freezer until it hardens.
