Vietnamese Style Baked Spring Roll

Ingredients:
Vietnamese spring roll wrappers
Lettuce
vegetable oil
Ground pork
Chopped shallot
Mung bean sprouts
Shredded carrot
Chopped black fungi
Mung bean noodles
Salt
Pepper
Fish sauce
Lemon juice
Sugar
Cool water
Grated garlic
Chopped chilli
Steps:
1.
Soak pearl rice in water for 30 min and then drain. Put rice into a deep baking dish.

Pour in water and put Steam Rack inside Deep Fry Cooker. Select "Steam" mode and press "Start" to bring water to a boil. Place dish in the cooker. Steam for 20-25 min. Then dish up rice.

Remove water from the cooker. Select "Boil" mode and press "Start".
4.
Add oil, minced garlic, prawns, scallops amd clam meat. Stir-fry until fragrant. Add rice and all remaining ingredients. Stir until even. Close the lid and adjust timer to 3 min. Done.
