Stir-Fried Sticky Rice

Ingredients:
Chinese celeries
Large yellow croaker
Turnip
Ginger
Garlic
Red chili peppers
Dried spring onions
Steps:
1.
Pre-heat pan (no oil). Stir-fry all ingredients (except rice) until cooked
2.
Mix together 2 tsp soy sauce, 2 tsp sweet soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar and 1/2 tsp salt for later use
3.
Heat oil in pan. Stir-fry rice at medium heat. Press and spread rice in pan
4.
Press and stir rice for a few times. Add small amount of water and sauce in step 2 gradually. Continue pressing and stirring for about 20 min. Mix all ingredients into rice
