Summer Toast Box

Ingredients:
Water
Sugar
Salt
Milk Powder
Unsalted Butter
Bread Flour
Dried Yeast
Evaporated Milk
Whipping Cream
Condensed Milk
Dark Chocolate
Unsalted Butter
Steps:
1.
Well weigh all bread ingredients. Add ingredients into Baking Pan in sequence. Fix Baking Pan into Homemade Bread Maker.
2.
Add yeast into Yeast Dispenser and fix it on the lid. Close lid and select “Basic Bread” programme.
3.
Melt dark chocolate & butter in hot water bath. Let cool to room temperature.
4.
Pour all ice cream ingredients into the bucket of Home-made Ice Cream Maker. Set timer to 40 min.
5.
Let bread cools down and cut into thick toast. Put Low Rack and toast into Halogen Cooking Pot. Roast at 250-260°C for 10 min or until golden brown. Scoop up and place ice cream onto toast. Done.
