Mushroom & Cheese Risotto

Ingredients:
Olive Oil
Onion
Shallot
Garlic
Dried Herbs
Arborio Rice
Mushroom
White Wine
Butter
Chicken Stock
Parmesan Cheese
Steps:
1.
Put olive oil in Smart Stir Fryer. Select “Stir Fry 3” mode. Set timer to “14:00”. Press “Start”.
2.
Add onion, shallot, garlic and dried herbs. Close lid and fry for 1 min. Pour rice and stock (rice just covered). Close lid and fry for another 6 min. Add more stock, if needed.
3.
Add and cook mushroom for about 4 min. Lastly add white wine, Parmesan cheese and butter. When timer counts down to “00:00”, open lid and serve.
