Cinnamon & Raisin Bun

Ingredients:
Warm Milk
Unsalted Butter
Sugar
Salt
Egg
Bread Flour
Raisin
Ground Cinnamon
Dried Yeast
Steps:
1.
Well weigh all ingredients. Set aside 1 egg yolk for later use.
2.
Put yeast into Yeast Dispenser. Pour remaining ingredients into Baking Pan in sequence. Fit pan inside Homemade Bread Maker.
3.
Close lid. Select “Dough” programme and press start.
4.
Divide dough into 8 parts. Knead and roll each into a Ø1” sausage. Wind two sausages together and form a ring. Let sit for 20-30 min.
5.
Apply glaze on dough surface. Bake in Halogen Cooking Pot (with Low Rack) at 180°C for 20-25 min or until browned. Done.
