Separate egg white and egg yolk, then whisk the egg yolk.
Steps:

Mix all dry ingredients (Almond Flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder and salt) in bowl.

Add egg white and apple cider vinegar, mix well, then add in warm water in 2-3 additions and mix all ingredients into a dough.
3.
Shape by hand and make two small balls from the dough. Place on baking paper and brush egg wash on the 2 doughs.
4.
Preheat the Healthy Speedfry Oven at 160°C and place doughs onto rack for baking for 40 min.
5.
Bake at 180°C for 15 more min until the buns get a golden brown colour.
6.
Open the oven to check the buns, if the inside is still moist then turn over the buns and bake at 180°C for 5-10 min. Done.
Tips:
The buns are small but firm and springy. 2 servings for 1 person is very fulfilling. Spread butter or peanut butter on them, or add ingredients like vegetable, avocado, or meat patty also taste nice. If you would like, you may add 1-2 spoons of black sesame powder, flaxseeds or chia seeds to step 1 to add nutrition value and flavour. Measure dry ingredient and store in small bottle so that you can directly move on to mixing in wet ingredients and enjoy fresh bread whenever you want it.
