Italian Sardine Meatballs

Ingredients :
140 gSalmon Fillet
50 gCanned Tuna (Drained)
50 gCanned Sardines (Drained)
1 pcEgg
100 gBreadcrumbs
Seasonings :
1 tbspCorn Starch
1 tbspSmoked Paprika
A bunchFresh Herbs, e.g. Parsley or Dill (optional)
1 tspFine Salt
To tasteLemon Zest
To tasteLemon Juice
Steps:
1.
Blend the ingredients (except breadcrumbs) with Cordless 3-in-1 Hand Blender to make a paste.
2.
Shape the fish paste into the size of a ping pong ball and roll it in breadcrumbs. Spray the balls with cooking oil evenly.
3.
Put the meatballs inside Healthy Speedfry Oven. Bake at 180°C for about 12 minutes.
4.
Remove from the oven and let cool. Sprinkle lemon zest and squeeze lemon juice before serving. Done.
Tips:
The fishballs taste great when served with rice, mashed potato, green salad or dipped in a tomato sauce, mayonnaise or tartar sauce.
