Matcha Pancake Xmas Tree with Berries

Ingredients:
Pancake Premix200 g
Matcha Powder20 g
Eggs2
Milk300 ml
Whipping Cream200 ml
Sugar10 g
Strawberries1 Box
Blueberries1 Box
Icing SugarSome
Steps:

Mix the pancake premix with matcha powder, eggs and milk using Cordless 3-in-1 Hand Blender. Blend until smooth.
2.
Pre-heat the Mini Multifunctional Steam Grill Oven to 180 °C.
3.
Pour pancake mixture into grill pan and bake the pancakes of varying sizes. The difference in amount of pancake mix used for each pancake should be around half a tbsp.
4.
When little holes appear on the pancakes after baking for a while (roughly 1 min), take them out carefully. Flip over and continue baking.
5.
Mix sugar into whipping cream using cordless blender. Fill up piping bag and set aside.
6.
Start assembling the Christmas tree. Place the largest pancake at the bottom. Start piping cream on the pancake and put fruits on top. Layer a smaller pancake on top and repeat until a Christmas tree is built.
