Seasoning:

Grated Garlic1 Tsp
Sesame Oil1 Tbsp
Steps:
1.
Beat the eggs, season with salt and mix well. Apply sesame oil evenly on the bottom of [product]Multifunctional Health Cooker[/product]. Add the beaten eggs and fry into omelet under medium heat. Cut into thin strips and set aside.

Heat water using "boil" function of the [product]Multifunctional Health Cooker[/product] and bring it to a boil. Cook vermicelli for 4 minutes. Remove from water and rinse with cold water. Drain and set aside.
3.
Heat up sesame oil using "Fry" function of the [product]Multifunctional Health Cooker[/product]. Add enoki mushrooms, green peppers, red peppers, carrots and mushrooms. Stir-fry until fragrant.
4.
Stir in vermicelli. Add seasonings and mix well. Remove from cooker and add in egg strips and sesame seeds. Done.
