Add 1 tbsp of sesame oil and stir-fry the abalones until fragrant.

Add carrot and rice, stir-fry briefly. Pour into the Mini Pressure Cooker. Add water.

Select "Porridge" function and cook to congee. Add seasoning. Done.
Tips:
Koreans usually cook whole abalone including its shell and guts as they believe abalone would be more nutritious cooked in this way. Cooking the guts and shells together is for the flavour but they should be discarded after cooking. If preferred, season with finely grated garlic and a little salt.
