Kelp Soup

Ingredients:
Salted Kelp Sprout(soaked for 15 mins, finely chopped) 20g
Dried anchovy &kombu soup 500ml
Shredded White Radish25g
Sesame Seeds1/4 tsp
Seasonings:
Salt1/2 tsp
Soy sauce1/2 tsp
Sesame oil 1/2 tsp
Steps:

Use Mini Maifan Stone Rice Cooker, press the “Rice” function. Add the anchovy and kombu soup, salty kelp sprout, radish and seasoning and bring to a boil.

Skim the scum and turn off the heat. Add 1 tbsp of sesame oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Done.
