Meat Patty with Salted Egg

Ingredients: :
Pork collar butt (minced)200g
Dried shitake mushrooms2pc
Water chestnut (minced)3pc
Spring onion (chopped)to taste
Salted egg yolk1
Seasoning: :
Salt1/2 tsp
Light soy sauce2 tbsp
Sugar1/2 tsp
Shaoxing wineto taste
Cornstarch2 tsp
Pepperto taste
Water20g
oilto taste
Steps:

Soak dried mushrooms till softened, cut into small dice.

Mix pork, mushrooms and chestnuts, stir in clockwise direction till well-blended, let marinate for 15 minutes. #Place pork patty evenly in connected container, put egg yolk on top, place container in steamer insert, put in [product]Multifunctional Mini Steamer[/product], close lid and start steaming.

When done, sprinkle on spring onion.
