Golden Water Chestnut Cake

Ingredients A:
Water185 ml
Water Chestnut Flour125 g
Custard Powder1 tbsp
Ingredients B :
Peeled Water Chestnuts (sliced)100 g
Water 375 ml
Slab sugar200 g
Olive oil1 tbsp
Wolfberriesappropriate amount
Osmanthus flowersappropriate amount
Steps:

Combine ingredients (A) to form a smooth batter.
2.
Boil water in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker until boiling, then add sugar and dissolve it. Add peeled water chestnut slices, wolfberries and olive oil. Combine the batter from (1) and simmer into a paste at low heat.
3.
Apply a small amount of oil to a foil tray, pour in the mixture from step (2). Steam in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker for about 45 minutes.
4.
After steaming, sprinkle osmanthus flowers on the cake and cool at room temperature.
