Cookies with Royal Icing

Ingredients (20-25 pieces) :
Bread flour 30 grams (sifted)
Cake flour 130 grams (sifted)
Unsalted butter 70 grams
Caster sugar 80 grams
Egg liquid 1 piece
Frosting :
Egg white 1 piece
Frosting 150 grams (sifted)
Food coloring 1-2 drops each (red, pink)
Decoration:
Sugar beads Appropriate amount

Steps:

Preheat Auto-Spin Halogen Cooking Pot Special Edition to 155°C. Soften the butter at room temperature.

Beat the butter and sugar with an electric mixer until it becomes creamy. Add the egg liquid gradually and mix.

Add the bread flour and cake flour, mixing with a spatula until a dough forms. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 60 minutes.

Whisk the egg whites with the the electric mixer, then add icing sugar until creamy. Divide into two portions and mix in different colors of food coloring. Place into the piping bag and set aside.
5.
Remove the dough, line the bottom and surface with baking paper, and roll out to about 4mm thick. Remove the top layer of baking paper, cut out shapes with a cookie cutter, and place on a baking tray lined with a baking paper.
6.
Bake the dough in the microwave oven at 155°C for about 13-15 minutes. Remove, allow to cool, pipe on the icing, and decorate with sugar pearls. Done!
Tips:
Allow the cookies to dry and set in room temperature as the moisture in the refrigerator affects the taste.
