Easter Frosting Cookie

Ingredients for Cookie Section :
Butter(softened) 200g
Sugar 80g
Egg1
Cake Flour300g
Ingredients for Icing Section:
Icing Sugar200g
Egg White 1
Food Colorings of Different ColoursAppropriate amount
Steps:
1.
Soften the butter and add sugar until light yellow in colour.
2.
Add eggs in two batches, mixing thoroughly with the butter.
3.
Sift the flour and mix into the batter until smooth.
4.
Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour.
5.
Shape the dough into desired forms and distribute evenly on a baking sheet suitable for Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker.
6.
Place the baking tray on the lower rack and bake in Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker at 180 °C for 20 minutes until the cookies turn golden brown.
7.
Sift the powdered sugar. Mix in the egg white until smooth. Continue beating until the mixture turns white and fluffy, and doesn’t drip.
8.
Mix in your preferred food coloring and blend well. Place icing into a piping bag, and you are ready to start decorating.
