Lemon Sous Vide Chicken Breast

Steps:

Season both sides of the chicken breast with salt.

Place the chicken breast, lemon slices, and butter into a vacuum bag, seal tightly, and remove the air.
3.
Put the sealed bag into a container filled with water. Cook at about 65°C using [product]WiFi Smart SOUS VIDE PRO Cooker[/product].
4.
Once cooked, take out the chicken breast and pan-sear both sides until golden brown.
