Raisin Scone

Ingredients :
Cake Flour200g
Baking powder6g
Butter50g
Milk20g
Raisins20
Whole Egg1
Egg Wolk1
Steps:
1.
Sift the flour and baking powder together, then add the sugar and crushed butter, mix well. Pour in the milk and knead into a dough.
2.
Flatten the dough on the work surface and mix in the raisins.
3.
Wrap the dough with cling film and refrigerate for 8 hours.
4.
Remove from the fridge, cut the dough into small pieces using a round cutter, and brush the surface of each piece with beaten egg.
5.
Bake in the [product]"Turbo Convection" Air-Fry Microwave Steam Grill Oven[/product] at 120°C for 20 minutes. Done!
Tips:
When making the dough, just knead until it comes together with no dry flour left. Over-kneading will make the scones tough.
