Ingredients :
Cherry tomatoes (red or yellow) 30 pieces
Plum powder 25g
Steps:
1.
Use a knife to cut the cherry tomatoes into a cross shape.
2.
Blanch in boiling water for 1 minute, then add to ice water.
3.
