Red Bean Pancake (Oil-Free Bean Paste)

Red Beans150 g
Rock Sugar60 g (adjust to taste)
Water300 mL
Crust Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour100 g
Egg1 pc
Water200 mL
Steps:

Rinse and drain the red beans. Place them into the [product]Seafood Delicacy Cooker[/product] with rock sugar and water. Select the ““SIMMER & STEW” mode and cook for 2 cycles.

After cooking, mash the red beans into a paste with a wooden spoon and set aside.

Use the [product]Cordless 3-in-1 Hand Blender[/product] to mix flour, water, and egg until smooth. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
4.
Heat the pan over low heat using the [product]Infrared Electric Ceramic Cooker[/product], lightly grease it, and pour in the batter to form a pancake.

Once the pancake sets, add red bean filling, fold the pancake, and pan-fry until golden brown on both sides.
6.
Slice and serve. Enjoy warm or after it has cooled.
