Stewed Lion’s Head Meatballs

Ingredients:
Minced pork300 g
Shallots4 pcs
Dried mushrooms (soaked until soft) 4 pcs
Chinese cabbage300 g
Chicken broth200 g
Corn starch 20 g
Seasoning 1 :
Oyster sauce10 g
Light soy sauce5 g
Dark soy sauce3 g
Sugar2 g
Water20 g
Seasoning 2 :
Oyster sauce10 g
Light soy sauce5 g
Dark soy sauce5 g
Sugar5 g
Huadiao Wine10 g
Steps:

Combine the seasoning ingredients (1) and mix well. Set it aside.

Cut the shallots into thin strips, cut the dried mushrooms into small cubes. Slice 200 grams of the Chinese cabbage into fine pieces.

Combine the minced pork with the dried shallots and diced Chinese mushrooms with corn starch, sliced Chinese cabbage and all the seasoning (2). Mix well until everything is blended thoroughly. Whip until it becomes elastic, and roll it into meatballs.

Put the remaining Chinese cabbage into the Mini Maifan Stone Rice Cooker. Add the meatballs (you can add 3 pieces at a time). Pour in the seasoning ingredients (1) and chicken broth.
5.
Close the lid and press the “Rice” function.
6.
Once the cooking process is finished, the dish is ready to be served.
