Peel the sweet potato and cut it into small cubes. Slice the cabbage into fine pieces. Cut the salmon into large pieces.

Add the rice and water to Mini Maifan Stone Rice Cooker. Mix in the seasoning ingredients until they are well blended.

Mix the sweet potato and shimeji mushrooms.

Close the lid. Press the “Rice” button.

When there are only 10 minutes left , add cabbage and salmon. Continue cooking.
6.
Once the cooking is finished, allow it to rest for 5 minutes. Stir it well. It is ready to be served.
