Boil the Chinese Cabbage Leaves and Purple Chinese Cabbage Leaves, drain them, and let them cool.

Stir together the carrots, Chinese celery, corn kernels, minced pork, and shrimp paste. Add salt, sugar, and white pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.

Lay each piece of Chinese cabbage leaf flat, spread the minced pork on top, and roll it up to create a vegetable roll.

Put the vegetable rolls into the Mini Multifunctional Steam Grill Oven. Steam at 100 °C for 15 minutes. Take it out and serve.
5.
Heat oyster sauce with water until boiling. Mix in potato starch solution to make a thick oyster sauce. Pour it over the vegetable rolls.
