Snow Fungus Soup with Pears

Ingredients:
Snow Pear1/2 pc
Snow Fungus10g
Red dates4 pcs
Northern and Southern Apricot Kernels8g
Wolfberry5g
Water400g
Crushed rock sugar12g
Steps:
1.
Soak the snow fungus until soft, then wash it. Peel and core the snow pear, and cut it into pieces. Remove the pits from the red dates.
2.
Put all the ingredients ,except for the rock sugar, into Mini Pressure Cooker.
3.
Close the lid and press the "Congee" button.
4.
When cooking is complete, open the lid and add the crushed rock sugar. Close the lid and let it sit for 10 minutes until the sugar dissolves.
5.
Afterwards, open the lid and stir well before serving.
