Pat dry tofu. Cover it with kitchen paper and put it in a colander. Place a plate and then a heavy object on top for a short while to press out excess fluid.

Cut tofu into small pieces. Set aside.

Set Mini Pressure Cooker to “Re-heat” function. Heat up some oil and place tofu chunks into the inner pot. Sear until all sides turn golden.

Remove abalones from the can and set aside. Pour the remaining sauce into the Pressure Cooker.

Once the sauce heats up and bubbles, add the abalones into the cooker. Cook for 3-5 minutes.

Gently fish out the tofu and arrange nicely on a plate. Place abalone on top and pour the sauce over it. Sprinkle with scallion. Serve hot
