Heat water to 100°C (in Cordless Temperature Control Health Kettle). Evenly pour it over the chicken to blanch the surface.

Add the marinade and slices of ginger and garlic. Massage for a while. Marinate for half an hour.

Place the chopped onions in the inner pot of Mini Pressure Cooker. Add the chicken and pour in the marinade. Close the lid and set to 'Meat' and cook for 15 minutes.

When the countdown is complete, enjoy the chicken drumsticks directly or shred the chicken by hand and drizzle with the sauce from the pot to serve as hand-shredded chicken.
