Chocolate Tofu Mousse

Ingredients:
Dark Chocolate (Melted)90 g
Silken Tofu300 g
Honey1/6 cup
Smooth Peanut Butter1 Tbsp
Vanilla Extract (Optional)1/2 Tbsp
Steps:

Blend all ingredients with Cordless 3-in-1 Hand Blender. Mix well and pour out to serve.

You may decorate the mousse with chopped chocolate and Himalayan rock salt.
