Steps:
1.
Steam 10 salted egg yolks in oven for 30 minutes, blend them and make into egg yolk fillings 5 g each.
2.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, yeast, and water into dough. Separate into 50 g small dough each, enough to make 15 buns together with bunny ears and tails.
3.
Take 20 g white lotus paste and 5 g egg yolk filling. Roll a 50 g small dough into ball, press into round shape, place white lotus paste and egg yolk filling into the centre then seal it and roll into a ball again.
4.
Stick long ears onto bunny face and stick round tail at the bunny back. Use cotton stick to give pink colour of elderberry powder to ears and cheeks.
5.
Mix Charcoal Powder with water, use cotton stick to mark eyes and use bamboo stick to draw the mouth of bunny.
6.
Steam at 100°C for 15 min using Steam Mode of Steam & Grill Oven. Done.
