You can have your sofa in one uniform plush, or a different bounce for every seat. With customized seat firmness, the whole family can now sit comfortably on the same couch, with granny on the extra-firm cushion, dad on the medium seat and mom on the plush seat cushion, just the way everyone likes it.

European Calfskin Leather

Premium calfskin imported from Europe with a thickness of 1.5-1.7mm. Particularly valuable because of its suppleness and fine grain, as well as durability.

South American Cow Skin Leather

Cow skin leather imported from South America with a rare thickness of 1.8-2.0 mm. We select pristine full-grain leather with no scars or scuff marks, and is strong, durable, water-resistant and easy to keep clean.

Mixed Leather

Made with genuine leather and artificial leather, mixed leather is a choice of good value for the money. Sofa surfaces at the back, sides and bottom, which are often hidden from view, are made with artificial leather. It won’t affect seat comfort and is a real bargain.

Upgraded Pet-Friendly Anti-Scratch Leather*

High density anti-scratch leather is an odorless and formaldehyde-free synthetic leather with water-repellent finish. Durable and easy to maintain, it prevents pet scratches and bite marks, perfect for families with pets and young kids.

Terms & Conditions for Tatami

  1. All dimensions are in millimetres (mm). For orders with customized dimensions, the customer should provide measurements in mm (numbers in any other unit are not accepted).
  2. First-time delivery service for sofa series is free of charge.
  3. Once the order is signed and confirmed by the customer, no change on dimensions or structure shall be allowed.
  4. Hand-push surcharge will be waived for the first 100 m distance (level ground). After that, every 400 m of hand-pushing distance (level ground) would be HK$200/pc.
  5. Old sofa removal service (if needed) will be charged separately: single-seat for HK$300/pc; double-seat or above HK$600/pc. The customer is required to provide photos, dimensions and any extra information of the old sofa for evaluation.
  6. Delivery time is approximately 30-45 working days.
  7. All goods should be delivered to the customer within 30 days after completion.
  8. All goods should be delivered to the customer within 3 working days after arrival in Hong Kong. An additional storage fee (5% of total amount x number of days) will be charged from the 4th day onwards. Goods shall be stored for a maximum period of 30 days, after which the entire order will be orfeited without further notice. No refund of deposit would be granted in such case.
  9. All goods would be delivered to the living area of the delivery address.
  10. Before placing an order, the customer should ensure the goods would fit in the delivery address and comply with all restrictions in the building. We shall not be liable for installation failure due to restraint of any kind at the delivery address.
  11. For any building without a lift or any floor accessible only by stairs, an additional delivery fee will be charged. For first 3 floors: HK$80/floor per item; for 4/F and onwards: HK$150/floor per item). Every 8 steps would be considered one floor.
  12. A surcharge is required for any address in remote areas (Tung Chung, Ma Wan, outlying islands or other regions, please inquire for pricing)

  1. No refund of delivery fee will be granted if a delivery failure is the result of an unattended delivery address upon the arrival of goods. Should delivery be rescheduled in such circumstance, additional delivery fee will be charged.
  2. Upon the receipt of goods, the customer should check the condition, model, colour as well as quantity of the goods (and associated accessories). Once a receipt document is signed, German Pool shall no longer be held liable for the goods.
  3. During delivery, the customer should take good care of and protect the furniture, flooring, ceiling, walls, decoration and other belongings at the delivery address. We are not responsible or liable for any damage or loss.
  4. For standard warranty on sofa: a) The customer should keep the sales invoice or receipt in a safe place after the delivery. b) At the time of repair service, the customer should present the proof of purchase (original invoice or sales receipt) for verification by the technician. Otherwise, on-site service fee will be charged. c) Service area includes Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories only. Additional charges will apply to remote locations and outlying islands. d) Based on the actual circumstances and requirements, German Pool will decide whether a repair is to be done on-site or at the workshop. e) Should the on-site service address be different from the address listed on the original sales invoice, warranty will be forfeited. f) The free repair service under this warranty does not cover any cost of the transportation of goods. Should an off-site repair or exchange be required, there shall be additional transportation charges (to be quoted separately).
  5. Sofa warranty coverage does not include the followings: a) Any damage caused by misuse, transportation and/or false repair or modification done by unauthorized personnel. b) Any personal, subjective preference in regards to hardness, touch, material, appearance, smell, etc. c) Any normal wear and tear (including press marks caused by bodyweight, fabric pilling, oxidation of materials, colour fading, decline of firmness, etc.) d) Any damage caused by human factor (e.g. cuts, scratches, cracks, burn marks, dying, stains or bending caused by sharp or external objects) e) Any condition caused by improper care, natural or environmental factor, human negligence or other external factors (e.g. moulding/discolouring/foul smell as a result of exposure to humid environment; shrinking or deformation as a result of high-heat cleaning or treatment, exposure to the sun and/or inappropriate chemicals) f) ±15 mm of discrepancy in sofa dimensions (width, length or height) g) Any part other than the main structure of the sofa, including leather or fabric, stitches, foam or fibre filling, sofa legs, etc. Please inquire for pricing if check-up or repair service is needed. h) Abnormal or non-domestic usage of the sofa (e.g. industrial or commercial setting). i) Any medical or health-related condition (e.g. allergic reaction, discomfort, back pain, etc.)
  6. Exchange or refund will not be allowed in occurrence of any of the following normal circumstances: a) [All Recliner Models] Because of their structure, the height of the seats may not be perfectly aligned or tiny gaps may appear between seats. b) [Powered Recliner Models] Some noise might be heard during operation.
  7. All spending-based offers and waivers are subject to the final total amount after dis-count(s).
  8. German Pool reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein.
  9. In the event of conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
