Attention

  1. All installation fees and surcharges on special job(s) are subject to on-site quotation by the technician.
  2. Unless otherwise specified in the standard service details, uninstalling and disposal of old units are not included.
  3. If no prior site survey is conducted and installation proves impossible on-site, a site visit service fee will be charged.
  4. Technician will complete all tasks within a single visit. If a separate visit is required due to the absence of power or water supply, an extra fee for the second visit will be charged to the Customer.

Requirements & Conditions

  1. Any obstruction within the installation area must be cleared out by Customer prior to installation.
  2. Power supply and water inlet/outlet should be provided by Customer and comply with all regulations.
