General What should I pay attention to when I clean this product? The main control unit may be wiped clean with a wrung out soft cloth. The carafe, brewing drum and filter cup may be cleaned with water and soft sponge. DO NOT clean with abrasive cleansers, scouring pads or hard brushes. Use soft brush to gently clean the filter and filter cup lid if necessary, then wipe dry or let them air dry. If the product will not be used for a prolonged period of time, clean it thoroughly and wipe it dry. Detachable accessories should be allowed to air dry completely before storing away in a dry and well-ventilated place. Know More
General There is water dripping from the coffee spout after the coffee is made. Why? Unlike instant coffee powder, ground coffee beans can’t soak up all the liquid. It’s normal that some water remains in the used ground and slips through. Please remove the capsule adaptor and place on the drip tray to prevent water splash. Know More
