Scatter the nuts on the Baking Pan. Place the pan onto the Low Rack inside the Halogen Cooking Pot, then roast at 180℃ for 15 minutes. Stir briefly during the cooking process. Season with salt. Let cool and serve.

Reverse the High Rack and put the cake inside. Put the Baking Plate on top of the legs of the Rack in order to block out the wind. However, the temperature should be adjusted to a higher level. The cooking time has to be extended as well.

Put the Low Rack into the Halogen Cooking Pot, then place the stewing pot onto the rack. Pour hot water into the Halogen Pot until it reaches half way of the stewing pot. Put on the Ring Extension before covering the lid. Adjust the temperature to 180℃. The stewing time varies depending on the type of food, but it is similar to that of flame cooking.

Place the chicken wings onto the High Rack, then grill at 250℃ for 8 minutes. Flip the wings and grill for 5 more minutes.

Time: 45 minutes

Temperature: 260℃

Accessories: Low Rack

Scald the pork belly in boiling water and marinate with sea salt for 2 hours. Pierce holes on the skin with a fork. Put the pork, skin-side down, onto the Low Rack inside the Halogen Pot. Roast at 260℃ for 15 minutes, then flip and roast skin-side up for 30 minutes more.

Time: 10-12 minutes

Temperature: 200℃

Accessories: Casserole Pot (purchased separately), Low Rack

Beat the egg whites, then stir in egg yolks, sugar, oil and flour. Pour the batter into the Casserole Pot. Place it onto the Low Rack and bake at 200℃ for 10-12 minutes. It is a lot faster than traditional ovens, which take at least 30 minutes to bake a cake.

Time: 2 hours or above

Temperature: set to lowest

Accessories: Low Rack, Baking Pan

Put the vegetables onto the Baking Plate. Place the Baking Plate on top of the Low Rack. Set the temperature to the lowest. The dehydrating time varies depending on the types of vegetables. Generally it takes at least 2 hours. A longer time is needed when the vegetables contain much moisture.

Time: 25-30 minutes

Mode: Turbo

Accessories: Low Rack

Put the sweet potatoes onto the Low Rack and select the "Turbo" mode. It takes generally 25-30 minutes to roast, but the time varies depending on the size of potatoes.

The 7L Halogen Pot is not suitable for baking a cake weighing 1 lb or above, even if the Extension Ring is used. The diameter of Glass Container is too short, which limits the size of cake. Heat will not be able to go through the centre if the cake is too tall. We suggest using the Casserole Pot (optional accessory) to bake the cake with the 7L Halogen Pot in order to ensure a better circulation of heat, but the cake will still be less than 1 lb.

Marinate the pork with salt, then dip into beaten eggs and corn starch respectively. Spray with oil. Place the Low Rack into the Halogen Cooking Pot and put the Baking Plate on top. Put the pork onto the Baking Plate. Cook at 180℃-200℃ for 10 minutes, then turn the pork over. Put in green or red bell pep

Clean the fan casing using a damp cloth with mild detergent. For the blades and internal board, put them in the glass container and add an inch of water and some mild detergent, vinegar or lemon slice

Never detach any components of the Halogen Cooking Pot by yourself. If there is a damage or breakdown, contact us and bring the product to us for maintenance. We provide free checking and maintenance during the warranty period, while an appropriate cost for component replacement will be charged if the warranty has expired. Please do not repair or replace any components by yourself. We take no responsibility for these products if problems arise afterwards.

Please check if the plug is secured and whether the lid is properly closed. If it is confirmed that the Halogen Pot is out of order, please bring the unit to the Repairs & Customer Service Centre. Free inspection and repair service will be provided within the warranty period. Parts for replacement will be charged after the warranty period has expired.

Attention: It is unnecessary to bring the glass container along with the unit body for inspection or repair if the glass container

The Casserole Pot is designed to be used for making rice casserole, soup noodles and angel cakes etc. It doesn't function as well in making soup. Try the Auto-Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker instead.

It depends on the voltage of different countries. The voltage in Hong Kong is 220V. Halogen Cooking Pots bought in Hong Kong can also be used in the United Kingdom, Malaysia, Singapore and Macau. Plugs should be replaced when using the Halogen Pot in Mainland China and Australia. In America, Canada and Taiwan, only the 110V model can be used. Yes, you can remove the glass container, rubber plug, rotary rack, high rack, plate lifter, frying pan, and grid pan. Please use a sponge soaked with mild detergent to wipe them clean, and then dry thoroughly.

It's easier to wipe clean, if you first put water and detergent in a heating container to dissolve grease and food debris.

Marinate the pork chop. Coat with flour, beaten eggs and bread crumbs in order. Put the pork chop onto the Frying Pan, then place the pan onto the Low Rack. Spray the pork chop with oil. Grill at 180℃ until golden brown.
