Usage Can I adjust cooking time of the Deluxe Delicacy Cooker after cooking has started? During cooking, you can adjust cooking time by pressing Increase Key/Decrease Key to cook food to the right texture that suits your taste. However, when Preset Key is selected, cooking time cannot be customized. In winter, when room temperature is low, cooking time can be lengthened to suit the change in climate. When cooking foods that are hard to cook through, please lengthen the default cooking time and add more water into the stew pot to ensure the food will be thoroughly cooked. Know More
Usage How do I use the “Keep Warm” function on the Deluxe Delicacy Cooker? There are 3 ways to keep warm: (1) Deluxe Delicacy Cooker will automatically enter “Keep Warm” mode when cooking is done. (2) User can also tap the “Keep Warm” key to set temperature to a warm level based on the room temperature. Usage I see error code “E3” on the display, and the Deluxe Delicacy Cooker stops working. What should I do? A: It might be that water has not been added to the main unit, causing dry-boil prevention to kick in. B: It might also be that the protective rack is not placed beneath the stew pot. Safty How should I take out the food from the slow cooker? What should I pay attention to when pouring the soup out? It is recommended to use a ladle to take out food from the glass pot after cooking. If you need to clean the glass pot, remember to use heat-resistant gloves to pick it up first.
