Cold Potato Noodles

Ingredients:
Korean potato noodles130 g
Enoki mushrooms40 g
Long green pepper (julienned)1
Long red pepper (julienned)1
Carrot (julienned)1
Shiitake mushrooms (soaked in water until tender, julienned)3
egg1
sesame seeds1/2 tsp
Seasoning:
Salt1/5 Tsp
White Pepper Powder1/5 Tsp
Grated Garlic1 Tsp
Sesame Oil1 Tbsp
Steps:

Bring water to a boil using the Multifunctional Health Cooker by selecting "Boil" function. Add noodle and cook for 4 mins. remove and rinse in cold water. Drain and set aside.

Whisk egg and mix well with 1/5 tsp salt. Grease the Korean BBQ Grill with 1 tbsp of sesame oil evenly. Pan-fry egg with Korean BBQ Grill over low heat to make omelette. Cut into strips.

Heat 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil using the Multifunctional Health Cooker by selecting "Stir-fry" function. Add enoki mushrooms, peppers, carrots and shiitake mushrooms and fry until fragrant. Press "Stop" to stop heating.
4.
Stir in noodle along with seasonings and mix well. Dish up and stir in shredded egg and sesame seeds. Done.
