Select "Boil" function on the Auto-Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Add 1 tbsp of oil and fry the onions and grated garlic until fragrant. Add the anchovy and kombu soup and bring to a boil.

Add the rice wine, chilli sauce, fine chilli powder and cook the crab for 5 minutes. Then add the prawns, octopus, clam and flat noodles and continue to cook for another 5 mins until all the ingredients are cooked through. Turn off the heat.

Stir in the miso paste and kimchi. Season with salt and drizzle with coarse chilli powder and serve.
Tips:
Given each type of seafood has its own saltiness, it is better to do tasting before seasoning with salt. Instead of salt, soy sauce can also be used for seasoning.
