Couscous Salad

Ingredients:
Couscous
Cherry tomato
Courgette
Halloumi cheese
olive oil
Garlic head
Lime
Mint leaf
Steps:
1.
Add water to the electric kettle, put Couscous after the water is boiled, cover it for 10 minutes, and then use the fork to stir it evenly in order to avoid the Couscous sticking together.
2.
Soak Halloumi cheese in drinking water for 15 minutes. Put Couscous into a large bowl, prepare the sauce and pour half of the sauce into the bowl.
3.
Cut cherry tomato and courgette in half, add a little fried olive.
4.
Remove water from Halloumi cheese, cut it into 1cm thick, add a little olive, fried to two sides with a burnt color.
5.
Add caramel, chopped melon and Halloumi cheese to the large bowl of Couscous, topped with the remaining sauce.
