Mango Sticky Rice Sushi

glutinous rice
coconut milk
mango
sugar
Steps:
1.
Soak the glutinous rice in water for 3 to 4 hours.
2.
Put the glutinous rice into the rice cooker, press [Steam/Stew] and steam until the rice is fully cooked.
3.
Add sugar to a small amount of water and heat to make syrup.
4.
Mix the syrup and coconut milk with the steamed glutinous rice.
5.
Finally, roll the glutinous rice into sushi shape and put mango on top of it.
