Fried Rice with Shrimp & BBQ Pork

Ingredients:
Rice
BBQ Pork
Shrimp
Eggs
Scallion
Vegetable Oil
Rice Wine
Pepper
Soy Sauce
Salt
Steps:
1.
Wash shrimp and marinate with wine, pepper and salt. In a bowl, whisk eggs and season with salt. Set aside.

Pour oil into Stir Fryer. Add in eggs, shrimp, BBQ pork, rice and soy sauce﹐ then close lid. Select “Stir Fry 3” mode and set timer to 4 min. Press “Start”.
3.
When timer counts down to “01:00”, open lid and add chopped scallion. Close lid again until finished. Serve hot.
