Chocolate Orange Brownies

Ingredients(Yield: 12 brownies):
100g cake flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
100g unsalted butter
100g caster sugar/brown sugar
25g cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp instant coffee
1/4 tsp salt
2ml water
10ml orange juice
60ml milk
80g sour cream (whipped till smooth)
2 whisked eggs
80g crushed nuts (Hawaiian nuts/almonds)
Decoration:
130g white chocolate
50g unsalted butter
5 slices candied orange
Tool:
12 2.5-inch round cake mould
Steps:

Preheat the Multi-Purpose Halogen Cooking Pot to 200℃. Soften butter at room temperature.

Put sugar, cocoa powder, instant coffee, salt and water into the Auto-Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Select “Boil” function and cook over low heat until granules dissolve. Turn off and pour in orange juice. Remove.

Add butter to mixture and stir until melted. Add milk, sour cream and whisked egg and mix well.

Add sifted flour and soda powder. Beat mixture with the Electric Hand Mixer (with Stirrer). Stir in nuts.

Pour batter into cake mould. Turn on the Multi-Purpose Halogen Cooking Pot to bake at 180℃ for 15 minutes.

Tips:
If the cake is not set firmly after cooling, place inside a refrigerator to set. Once it is set, cut into smaller pieces for a neat presentation.
