Salt Caramel Ice Crea

Ingredients:
Sugar
Water
Whipping Cream
Evaporated Milk
Condensed Milk
Salt
Steps:
1.
Cook sugar and water over medium heat until caramelized. Remove from heat.
2.
Pour in hot evaporated milk. Mix well and let cool.
3.
Pour all ingredients into the bucket of Home-made Ice Cream Maker. Set timer to 40 min.
4.
Scoop up ice cream and serve, or place ice cream (with bucket) in the freezer until ice cream hardens.
Tips:
To avoid hardening of caramel, evaporated milk should be heated before adding into caramel. Sizzling sound would be heard. Please be careful.
