Fried Chicken Drumbsticks in Lemon Sauce

Ingredients:
Chicken Drumsticks
(or Chicken Wings)500g

Egg (beaten)1pc
SaltTo taste
Corn StarchTo taste
Sauce:
Lemon JuiceTo taste
White VinegarTo taste
WaterTo taste
HoneyTo taste
Custard (mixed with Water)To taste
Steps:
1.
Marinate chicken thigh with salt. Coat evenly with egg liquid and corn starch. Bake chicken thigh with Air Fryer at 175-200°C for 10 minutes.
2.
Combine the seasonings. Cook until it thickens.
3.
Cut chicken thigh into pieces. Apply the sauce on it.
Tips:
Run the sauce through a strainer to remove crumbs before pouring over the chicken.
